Menu Management

Steps to add new menu from predefined category

Step 1: Go to the ‘Config’ section and from the top right corner please click on “+” button. 

Step 2: You will get a list of pre-defined categories. 

Step 3: Please select your category and select the item you want to add from the pre-defined list. 

Step 4: Enter the details of the item such as Product Description, Portion, respective prices, image and then click ‘SAVE CHANGES’.

Steps to add customized Category

Step 1: Go to the ‘Config’ section and from the top right corner please click on “+” button which will display the category page. 

Step 2: Please click on ‘+’ button from bottom right corner. 

Step 3:There will be a popup ‘Request For Customized Category’. 

Step 4:Enter the category name and click ‘DONE’.

Steps to add customized item  - 

Step 1:Go to the ‘Config’ section and from the top right corner please click on “+” button which will display the category page. 

Step 2: Please select your category from the predefined list which will display menu items. 

Step 3:Please click on ‘+’ button from bottom right corner. 

Step 4:There will be a popup ‘Request For Customized Products’. 

Step 5:Select the type of product ‘Veg/Non Veg/Egg’, 

Step 6: Enter the name of product and click ‘DONE’.

Steps to update menu

Step 1: For updating a menu item, go to the ‘Config’ section which displays the menu items you’ve added. 

Step 2: Please disable the item using toggle button that you want to update. 

Step 3:Click on the disabled item and there will a popup ‘Choose Task’. 

Step 4: Select ‘Update Existing’ option and update the details of the menu item and click ‘SAVE CHANGES’. 

Step 5: Your updated menu item will be displayed in ‘Config’ section’ 

Steps to delete a menu -

Step 1: For deleting a menu item, go to the ‘Config’ section which displays the menu items you’ve added. 

Step 2: Please disable the item using toggle button that you want to delete. 

Step 3: Click on the disabled item and there will a popup ‘Choose Task’.

Step 4: Select ‘Delete Existing’ option and confirm delete action.

Step 5: Your menu item will be deleted from the ‘Config’ section.

Steps to enable/disable menu item -

Step 1: Go to the ‘Config’ section which will display list of menu items you’ve added.

Step 2: Toggle on/off the menu item to enable/disable.


Steps to update image of menu item

Step 1: For updating a menu item, go to the ‘Config’ section which displays the menu items you’ve added.

Step 2: Please disable the item using the toggle button that you want to update.

Step 3: Click on the disabled item and there will a popup ‘Choose Task’.

Step 4: Select the ‘Update Existing’ option and click ‘CHANGE IMAGE’.

Step 5: There will be a popup ‘Choose Task’. Select ‘Upload New’ and select the image. 

Step 6:Click on ‘SAVE CHANGES’ and confirm update action.

Step 7: Your menu item will be updated with new image.

Steps to enable/disable portal

Go to ‘More’ section and toggle ‘Portal On/Off’ button to enable/disable portal.

Order Management

How to Manage Orders in Petuk Ji ?

Steps to check your current orders - 

Go to the ‘Orders’ section. It will list all your current orders which are pending delivery.


Steps to accept current order and request for delivery

Step 1: Go to the ‘Orders’ section and click on the order to be delivered. You will get a pop up ‘Choose To Update Order Status’.

Step 2: Select the ‘Accept and request for delivery’ option and there will be a popup ‘Choose Preparation Time Duration in Minutes’. 

Step 3: Update the duration and click ‘OK’. 

Step 4: The order status changes to ‘Food Preparing’ 

Steps to accept current order for take away

Steps to reject current pending order

Step 1: Go to the ‘Orders’ section and click on the order you want to reject.

Step 2: You will get a pop up ‘Choose To Update Order Status’.

Step 3: Select ‘Reject-Not able To fulfil’ option.

Step 4: The order will be rejected and will be removed from the ‘Orders’ section.

Steps to reject the order after accepting

Go to the ‘Orders’ section and click on the order you want to reject. You will get a pop up “Choose To Update Order Status”. Select ‘Reject’ option. The order will be rejected and will be removed from the ‘Orders’ section.

Steps to update order status (For self-delivery) once food is prepared - 

Step 1: Go to the ‘Orders’ section and click on the order to update.

Step 2: You’ll get a popup ‘Choose To Update Order Status’.

Step 3:  Select ‘Food Ready/Direct Delivery By Restaurant’.

Step 4: The order status will be updated to ‘Order Ready/Direct Delivery By Restaurant’.

Steps to update order status (For delivery request) once food is prepared

Step 1: Go to the ‘Orders’ section and click on the order to update.

Step 2: You’ll get a popup ‘Choose To Update Order Status’.

Step 3:  Select ‘Food Ready’.

Step 4: The order status will be updated to ‘Order Marked Ready’.

Steps to update order status (For self-delivery) once order is picked up for delivery 

Step 1: Go to the ‘Orders’ section and click on the order to update.

Step 2: You’ll get a popup ‘Choose To Update Order Status’.

Step 3:  Select ‘Food Picked UP/Direct Delivery By Restaurant’.

Step 4: The order status will be updated to ‘Picked UP by Restaurant Rider’.

Steps to update order status (For self-delivery) once order is delivered -

Step 1: Go to the ‘Orders’ section and click on the order to update.

Step 2: You’ll get a popup ‘Choose To Update Order Status’.

Step 3:  Select ‘Food Delivered By Restaurant’.

Step 4: The order will be removed from ‘Orders’ section.

Steps to view location of an order in map

Go to the ‘Orders’ section and click ‘SHOW LOCATION’ of the order for which you want to view location.

Steps to toggle between restaurants in multi restaurant feature -


A toggle button is provided on 'my order screen' for viewing all or selected restaurant orders. click the toggle button to display the list of orders. 


Dashboard Management

Steps to check all the orders and its invoice

Go to the ‘Dashboard’ section and click ‘Invoice’. You will get list of all orders with details like Order Date, Delivery Responsibility, Order Status, Order Values,  Item Details and COD.

Steps to search an order

Step 1: Go to the ‘Dashboard’ section and click ‘Invoice’.

Step 2: You will get list of all orders with details like Order Date, Delivery Responsibility, Order Status, Order Values, Item Details and COD .

Step 3: On the top of the order List, we have a search option where you can Enter the order number to search a particular order


Steps to filter order by ascending/descending

Go to the ‘Dashboard’ section and click ‘Invoice’. You will get list of all orders, click on ‘FILTER BY STATUS(DESC) ‘ or on ‘FILTER BY STATUS(ASC)’ to see filtered order accordingly.


Steps to download PDF invoices -

Step 1: Go to the ‘Dashboard’ section and click ‘Invoice’.

Step 2: You will get list of all orders, click on ‘DOWNLOAD PDF’ option.

Step 3: There will be a pop up ‘Do you want to download PDF of this order’ and press ‘Yes’ to download.

Steps to see order summary -

Go to the ‘Dashboard’ section and click on ‘Order Summary’. In ‘Order Summary’ page you can see Daily, Weekly and Monthly Order Summary.

Steps to see payment summary report -

Step 1: Go to the ‘Dashboard’ section and click on ‘payment summary report’.

Step 2: In ‘payment summary report’ page you can see order date, order no. order status, net amount, deduction and paid amount information

Steps to see daily order report

Go to the ‘Dashboard’ section and click on ‘daily trend report’. In ‘daily trend report’ page you can see order count and sales in net amount day wise information in between the dates range selected. 

Steps to see monthly order report

Step 1: Go to the ‘Dashboard’ section and click on ‘monthly trend report’.

Step 2: In ‘monthly trend report’ page you can see order count and sales in net amount day wise information in between the dates range selected. 

Steps to see estimated earning report -

Step 1: Go to the ‘Dashboard’ section and click on ‘Order Summary’.

Step 2: In ‘Estimated earning report’ page you can see earning report when petukji delivery is used. 

Promotion Management

Steps to view your active promos

Go to the ‘Business’ section and click ‘GROW BUSINESS’. It will open a new page. Click ‘View your promos’. All your active promos will be displayed.

Steps to create brand visibility promotion

Step 1: Go to the ‘Business’ section and click ‘GROW BUSINESS’.

Step 2: It will open a new page. Click ‘Brand Visibility’.

Step 3: It will open a new page. Click ‘UPLOAD IMAGE’ and select the promotional image to upload. 

Step 4: The image should be of 800x600 and 100Kb Max. 

Step 5: Once the image is uploaded, choose the ‘Available Slots’.

Step 6: Enter the details of ‘Available Dates’.

Step 7: The ‘Payment Summary’ will display the details of promotion cost.

Step 8: Click ‘REQUEST FOR APPROVAL’.

Step 9: Once the request is approved your brand visibility promotion will be visible to the customers.

Steps to send customized cloud notification messages to customers

Step 1: Go to the ‘Business’ section and click ‘GROW BUSINESS’.

Step 2: It will open a new page. Click ‘Brand Visibility’.

Step 3: It will open a new page. Click ‘UPLOAD IMAGE’ and select the promotional image to upload.

Step 4: The image should be of 800x600 and 100Kb Max.

Step 5: Once the image is uploaded, ‘Choose Base Criteria’ from the list.

Step 6: Then under ‘Set Promotion Dates’, click ‘Press to select Start Date 1’ and select date to start promotion.

Step 7:  Click ‘Press to select Start Date 2’ and select date to start promotion.

Step 8: Enter the Heading (Notification title) and Body (Notification message summary) details in the text boxes.

Step 9: Select the ‘Slot’ the notification should be sent.

Step 10: The ‘Order summary’ will display the details of promotion and ‘Payment Summary’ will display the details of promotion cost.

Step 11: Click ‘REQUEST FOR APPROVAL’. Once the request is approved the cloud notifications will be sent as per the promotion set.

Steps to send e-mail campaign promotion

Step 1: Go to the ‘Business’ section and click ‘GROW BUSINESS’.

Step 2: It will open a new page. Click ‘E-mail Campaign’.

Step 3: It will open a new page. Click ‘UPLOAD IMAGE’ and select the promotional image to upload.  

Step 4: The image should be of 800x600 and 100Kb Max.

Step 5: Once the image is uploaded, ‘Choose Base Criteria’ from the list.

Step 6: Then under ‘Set Promotion Dates’, click ‘Press to select Start Date 1’ and select date to start promotion.  Click ‘Press to select Start Date 2’ and select date to start promotion.

Step 7: Enter the Subject (Mail Subject), Heading, Body (Mail summary), and Bottom Line details in the text boxes.

Step 8: Select the ‘Slot’ the mail should be sent.

Step 9: The ‘Order summary’ will display the details of the promotion and ‘Payment Summary’ will display the details of promotion cost.

Step 10: Click ‘REQUEST FOR APPROVAL’.

Step 11: Once the request is approved the cloud notifications will be sent as per the promotion set.

How to use wallet passbook

Go to the ‘more’ section and click ‘wallet’ and then click on  ‘passbook’. This page  will display transaction made through wallet balance. 


How to update profile

 Go to the ‘more’ section and click ‘update profile’. It will open the registration form wherein you can make some changes to your profile. Click ‘update profile’. 


How to upload profile image

  On right top corner, tap on 'change image'. Select the image you want to upload and click on 'upload image'.  


How to switching between multiple restaurants


  Go to the ‘more’ section and click ‘switch restaurant’. Select the restaurant you want to switch to and then the select restaurant will be turned on. 


How to create a profile by adding child restaurant

 Go to the ‘more’ section and click ‘add child restro’. Fill the required information on the page shown. Click on ' add restaurant'. 


How to view requests made by user 

 Go to the ‘more’ section and click ‘view request’. it will display a list of requests that are made by user for promotion or customization.
